Dmitry Garanin is a Canadian guy who runs the popular gaming channel on YouTube called Redmercy. He specializes in making education League Of Legends videos, about everything from champion guides to mythbusting. He has loved video games since he was 3 years old and was inspired by HuskyStarcraft to do League Of Legends.

Dmitry was born in Omsk, Russia and moved to Toronto when he was 5 years old.

How Much Money Does Redmercy Earn On YouTube?

The channel has over 1.2 million subscribers as of early 2017 and has accumulated over 350 million views so far. It gets an average of 460,000 views per day from various sources and this should generate an estimated revenue of around $700 per day ($260,000 per year) from the ads that run on the videos.

YouTubers get paid between $2 – $5 per 1000 monetized views after YouTube takes its cut. Monetized views range from 40% – 60% of the total views. All these are influenced by different factors like device played on, location of the viewer, ad inventory, season, topic, how many ads have been played on a video, ad watch time, ad engagement etc. to come up with the figure to be paid out.
